ID cards will be processed
using digital photos.
Send the following information
via e-mail to either

YN3 Stacy Curtin
* Minimum of two different digital photos. The member will
be in uniform with no cover and against a solid red
background.
* Full Name
* Date of Birth
* Weight
* Height
* Hair Color
* Eye Color
* Blood Type (If known)
* Address for card to be sent to
New Members will be issued an ID card upon a favorable result from their PSI package.
Our office will be available for assistance in taking
digital photos. In order to make arrangements with the
security office, please have the member call our office at
least 24 hours prior to their arrival.
